2. SERVICE POLICY
2.1 Nature of the Service
Accademia Italiana Chef provides professional culinary training services through intensive educational programs designed for international students seeking to develop practical and theoretical skills in Italian cuisine, pastry, bakery and related culinary disciplines.
The services offered through Cooking School Italy consist of structured professional training programs delivered by the Academy through classroom instruction, practical lessons, demonstrations and hands-on training activities.
Enrollment in a Master Program constitutes the purchase of a professional educational service and not the purchase of a product, entertainment activity or recreational experience.
2.2 Program Structure
The content, duration, schedule, location and educational activities of each Master Program are described on the relevant course page available on this website.
Accademia Italiana Chef reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, educational content or training facilities whenever necessary to ensure the proper delivery of the educational service.
Such changes shall not affect the overall educational objectives of the program and shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
2.3 Attendance Requirements
Certain certificates, diplomas or educational recognitions may require a minimum attendance rate.
Where applicable, students may be required to attend at least 80% of the scheduled training activities in order to obtain the corresponding certificate, diploma or professional qualification.
Failure to satisfy the attendance requirements may result in the non-issuance of the relevant educational recognition.
2.4 Certificates
Certificates, diplomas or other educational recognitions are issued exclusively upon successful completion of the applicable program requirements.
The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where attendance or other mandatory requirements have not been met.
2.5 Educational Outcomes
Accademia Italiana Chef provides professional training and educational support designed to enhance culinary knowledge and practical skills.
However, the Academy does not guarantee employment opportunities, business success, income generation or any specific professional outcome resulting from participation in its programs.
3. BUSINESS CLIENTS (B2B) AND TAX TREATMENT
3.1 Nature of the Service for Taxable Persons
For customers acting in the course of a business, trade or profession (Taxable Persons), the agreement entered into with Accademia Italiana Chef does not concern the mere purchase of access to educational events or classroom sessions, but rather the provision of a comprehensive professional training and technical upskilling service aimed at developing specific business-related competencies.
3.2 Contractual Prevalence of the Training Purpose
The Parties expressly acknowledge and agree that, in B2B relationships, the service provided by Accademia Italiana Chef shall be exclusively regarded as structured professional training, vocational education and professional skills development.
3.3 Structured Attendance and Certification
The requirement for the student, employee, collaborator or company representative designated by the Business Customer to attend at least 80% of the scheduled training activities in order to obtain the relevant Diploma, Master Certificate or other educational recognition confirms the continuous, structured and organized nature of the educational service, which exceeds the simple participation in a standalone educational event.
3.4 Place of Supply and VAT Treatment (Article 7-ter DPR 633/72)
By virtue of the intangible, professional and educational nature of the service supplied to Business Customers, the transaction shall be subject to the general place-of-supply rule set out in Article 7-ter of Italian Presidential Decree No. 633/1972 and Article 44 of Directive 2006/112/EC.
Accordingly, the transaction is not subject to Italian VAT.
The payment and accounting of VAT in the country of establishment of the Business Customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer through the Reverse Charge mechanism.
3.5 Mandatory Customer Requirements
In order to qualify for the VAT treatment described above, the Business Customer shall provide, at the time of registration:
- a valid VAT Identification Number (VAT Number);
- where applicable, a VAT Number registered within the VIES system;
- any additional corporate documentation reasonably required to demonstrate taxable person status.
Failure to provide valid and verifiable documentation may result in the transaction being reclassified as a B2C supply, with the application of ordinary Italian VAT.
4. PAYMENT & BILLING
4.1 Fees
Course fees are those published on the relevant course page at the time of registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Accademia Italiana Chef.
All fees are expressed in Euro (€).

The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations in the event of incomplete payment, unsuccessful transactions or incorrect billing information.

Where no refund is available under Section 5.3, participants may request that their enrollment be transferred to a future Master Program session.
The new course session must commence within one (1) year from the original course start date.
Once the Academy confirms the new course date, no further changes, postponements or transfers shall be permitted.
Failure to attend the rescheduled course shall result in the automatic forfeiture of the enrollment and of any right to participate, reschedule or receive a refund.
5.5 Invitation Letter Fee
Where an invitation letter has been issued, a non-refundable administrative fee of €250 shall be deducted from any refund due to the participant.
