Cooking Schools in Italy
Accademia Italiana Chef has many cooking schools in Italy. Those dedicated to foreign students are mainly two: the Empoli School (Florence) and the Bologna School. Each Academy's cooking school is a structure dedicated to teaching traditional Italian cuisine. The training rooms are ideally equipped to work with 20 students. Machinery, ovens, blast chillers, and all the tools necessary for training. Furthermore, each classroom is equipped with a large flat screen to display the multimedia supports that are prepared for each course.
